State/Prov.: TX Occupation: Mom Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 Spouse/Significant Other: Ben From Leah: Hello class of 78! I am looking forward to seeing all of you! High School was such a great time, and I think we were very fortunate to have a great class of people! I have been married for 17 years to a fellow Aggie! We have been blessed with 2 great boys, 11 & 12. They keep us very busy! In our free time, we enjoy boating, going to the beach and most sports. We also enjoy spending time with our family & friends, which also includes vacationing with Rexanne & her family. I worked for Southwest Airlines for 18 years as a flight attendant, before I decided to stay at home with the boys. It was a great job, but my real calling was to be a Mom! Life is good, and I can't wait to see all of you! A big thank you to all that have put this together! |

City: Fairfield
State/Prov.: Texas Occupation: Area Manager-Operations Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 Spouse/Significant Other: Nancy From John: It's hard to believe 30 years have passed. Doesn't seem like we are that old. I have moved around a bit since our last reunion. I have spent the last three years down in the Corpus Christi area as an Engineering Manager for Verizon but on April the 4th I got a wild hair and decided to retire after almost 28 years. I was retired for two days and went to work for another telephone company, Windstream Communications as their Operations Manager over East Texas and Nancy ('77) and I are moving to Fairfield. We are buying a house on Richland-Chambers lake and will probably retire there for good some day. Our girls Jessica 23 and Jenna 21 have both graduated from A&M and have jobs in Dallas so this gets us closer to them and the folks. I also finally completed college in 2006 which was a long time in the making but very self satisfying. We plan on being at the reunion, if the birth of our first grandchild doesn't stop us. He is due on July 25. I look forward to catching up with old friends and seeing if everyone else is as gray as I am. |

State/Prov.: OR Occupation: Real Estate Appraiser Marital Status: Married Spouse/Significant Other: Marty McGee Bennett From Brad: Is it me, or does time seem to be speeding up?! Its great to read about everyone on this wonderful website. Many thanks to the organizers! Since graduation, I've earned a BS (very appropriate don't you think?) from A&M, and an MBA from UNM in Albuquerque. Life has taken me to Dallas, Santa Fe, Maui, and now the high desert of Central Oregon. My wife, Marty, and I live on 10 acres of near paradise and raise llamas and alpacas in our spare time. When not working on the farm or managing our apartment building, I spend my time skiing, fishing, biking and doing a little flying. Marty's interesting work with Camelids has taken us to Australia and New Zealand several times, Peru, Europe and Scandinavia. We try to mix in a little sightseeing with our business travels, and I am always amazed at how much we have in common with other people from around the world! (BTW - Norwegians think Aggie jokes are hilarious!) I regret not being able to attend the reunion, but wish everyone health and happiness! Be well, Brad |

City: Clay Center
State/Prov.: Nebraska Occupation: Scientist Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 1 Spouse/Significant Other: Bill Jaeger From Elaine: Hi everyone! THANKS to our reunion organizers —and what a great website. It has been very fun to read up on you all. My folks moved from Bryan right after our graduation in 1978 and I moved away in 1982, so I have not been back there very often. I spent several years as a professional student (BS, MS University of Nebraska; PhD, North Carolina State University) before settling in Clay Center, Nebraska (pop. 825) about 13 years ago. I am a scientist at a large USDA food animal production research center, doing research in the areas of food safety & environmental microbiology. Bill and I have been married for about 11 years now. I have a step-son Rob, a daughter-in-law Jaime, and a cute little 2-year old grand-daughter Leah. We live on a small farm, keep a garden, and feed a few pigs now and then. We are not exactly on the way to anywhere, but be sure to give us a holler if you are passing through! I look forward to seeing you soon at the reunion.Going to Texas, Elaine |
