After searching for nine years after graduating,  I decided to go into the field of Non-destructive testing / inspection.  I coupled that with commercial diving at the time and have performed inspections on drilling platforms in the Gulf  to Nuclear reactors all over the country.  For the last 15 years I have been with HMT an above ground storage tank company based in The Woodlands as Compliance manager dealing with DOT regulated Break-out tanks, staring at computer screen, loosing my hair and going blind.  

I took time in 2005 to demolish and rebuild the home where my wife of 17 years and I now reside near Reliant Stadium in Houston.

I hope everyone has a great time at the reunion, regretably, I won't be able to make it.

Amazing - 30 years!  I have been married to my husband Bill for almost 14 years.  He is a mechanical engineer with KBR.  We have a 5
year old daughter Isabella.  Boy, do I ever feel old when I read that so many of you have grown kids!  She was a long time coming (quite a story).
I unfortunately was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia/CFS at about the time Bella was born, so I spend lots of time at home and working with the local  and national support groups.  Reading the names of so many of you I haven't seen in forever really brings a smile to my face!  I would love to hear from you all.  There isn't really space to catch up the whole 30 years!

Steve and I have been married for almost 29 years.  These days most folks call me "Olgui".  Our oldest daughter, Markie, was married last September and graduated from A&M this spring (May '08).  Our oldest son, Shea, is a senior at A&M with Dec. '08 graduation plans.  Kylie is 13 yrs old and will begin 8th grade at S.F.A in the fall.  Keith, 11 years old, starts 6th grade and will join his sister at SFA this year.  (No more kids in elementary!!)  For the last several years, I have been tutoring part time for Bryan ISD and working a couple of mornings per week at Steve's office -- a little different than my previous research lab positions.   I still enjoy exercising, reading, singing when I get a chance and, believe it or not, hunting!

  The only event  I was able to attend at this reuinion was the memorial service. I want to thank the reunion committee for recognizing these folks. It has been a long time since I sat across the desk from Cheryl Corn in 4th grade at Crockett Elementary or played with Mike Hair in Cub Scouts.

I have been living in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth area for the past 22 years. I have four wonderful children. Jason (27) graduated from Texas A&M, Matt (23) graduated from University of North Texas, Lisa (21) is a senior at Boston University, and Brian (19) is a sophomore at Tarleton State University. I have a wonderful job that I love - teaching 3rd graders in the Mansfield ISD. I am certified to teach ESL, SPED, and ACCEL. I am currently taking classes to get my Masters in School Counseling. I have a wonderful life partner who I have been with for seven years and we just recently had a beautiful Holy Union Ceremony with our family and friends. Life is good. Don't know if I will get to attend the reunion, but hope that everyone has a great time.
